The Tree Entity is a human shaped being, with his head deformed, the chest from neck down is a normal tree, and from the head up is most likely leaves, with two branches as arms.
Actual Episodes[]
While not seen in the main episodes they do show up twice as quick secrets.
In Tender Treats when Skid And Pump are going into the forest The Tree Entity can be heard doing a ungodly screech.
In Hollow Sorrows at the end when Gregor is sacrificed the door to Eyes shows a tree giving a man a glowing orb.
