Spooky Month: Hollow Sorrows is the sixth episode in the Spooky Month series. The episode features Father Gregor guiding Skid and Pump, along with the return of Moloch. Moloch is the demon that Father Gregor wants eliminated.

Skid & Pump go out to trick r treat like they usually do until they meet a new face in town, he will help them become better kids for the people they love the most, but a familiar friend will meet them again.
Plot[]
The episode begins in the perspective of Moloch as he watches Skid and Pump wave at him. He blinks, and it then cuts to himself approaching Dexter, before once more cutting to a view of Patty from below. She walks away for a moment to take a call, but continues to be unknowingly spied on. It then shows one of Moloch's eyes for a few seconds, before ultimately cutting to the main part of the episode.
Lila is asleep on the couch, presumably deeply, as she is drooling badly and doesn't seem to notice the bright flashlight ray on her face. Thin Thief and Fat Thief walk to the attic, and the Fat Thief complains they will be there for too long. The Thin Thief reassures him and tells him to collect the most he can. As the Fat Thief is collecting old paintings and VHS tapes, he notices a strange spider-like creature, and the alarm they'd passed by before suddenly goes off. The two thieves then run for their lives, but are stopped in the hallway and beaten by Lila, who then kicks them out of the house, screaming for them not to retum. She turns the alarm off, upset and overwhelmed with how stressful everything has been today. Jaune calls her, and they talk to each other for a minute before before Jaune proposes they go and grab a drink together. Lila accepts, and Jaune tells her she'll be there to pick her up in around fifteen minutes. Skid emerges from the mess left by the thieves, asking Lila if she is okay. She claims that she's simply just tired, and Skid asks her if she's throwing away all of Dad's stuff, She then repiles with multiple no's. Immediately after, she explains to him that it's been a rough day, and asks him if he wants to visit his friend, to which he eagerly repiles with several yesses. She calls Pump, to which he assumes his parents are the callers, and is somewhat upset when he realizes the caller is Lila. Not even five seconds later, he hollers in joy at the mention of said coming to visit. He then tells her that he'll let Susie know that Skid is coming, and then says bye, hanging up.
It then cuts to Lila at the Wonder family's door, to which Susie answers. Lila then asks if it would be okay with her to take care of Skid for the day, and he rushes in immediately, exiting the screen within a split second. Susie then assures her that she's got it, and Lila says that she'll be back later. As soon as she leaves, Susie slams the door shut, and then tells the kids she is "doing homework", to which Pump repilles, "hmh, she's not," provoking Susie to raise her voice and tell them she is. She continues to talk back, telling the two she doesn't want them annoying her. As she enters her room, she proceeds to yell "AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING OUTSIDE," slamming the door shut tight. The two then sneak out immediately.
Once the two are outside, Skid proposes they run on circles, to which they both start running in circles. Pump then says they should go and play with dolls. They scramble over to the Happy Fellas aisle and begin to burn and smash the dolls to bits. As soon as they're noticed, they scramble once more to the candy store. Kevin finishes a pyramid of Candy Cans, just before the two children enter screaming "HI KEVIN!" over and over and over and over. He freaks out, screaming at them to leave the candy alone, unfortunately to no avail. They topple the stack of jars, and Kevin hands the two of them one jar each. They scram once more, continuing to scream "THANK YOU KEVIN!" over and over, before their voice fades out. Radford enters, asking if Kevin needs assistance with the mess.
The two kids approach Frank, to which he greets them. Pump tells Skid they should go trick-or-treating, and the camera cuts to the two banging on the door of Ignacio's house. He opens the door, telling them to get out of his yard. Pump tells him that it's Spooky Month, but he continues to yell and scream at them to leave. Skid says they should play tag, and they then run off to go see The Hatzgang. The camera cuts to the three having a conversation where Ross and Robert talk about how they're here with him. The two children (Skid & Pump) approach rapidly, before harshly poking Roy in the face, telling him that he's it. This angers him, so they run off before he attempts to chase after them. His two friends then hold him back, assuring him that it's okay. As the three are yelling and screaming at one another. Pump proposes they go and play with "zombies" (the corpses at the morgue). It cuts to Mayor Evermore talking to someone in his car, before Skid and Pump begin licking the window violently. The Mayor then tells the "new one" to clean it. He replies with an OK, but Mayor Evermore corrects him, and he is forced into saying "OK Mister Mayor Evermore". The camera cuts to Patty in the morgue, and she turns around to see Skid pretending to stab Pump with a needle as he swings the head of an unknown corpse around. She shoves the two out, shutting the door. After returning to her place, the lights flicker off in her room. She then sighs, saying. "I don't know how you got in here, but you better get-" she cuts herself off at the sight of Moloch staring down into her soul. The screen then fades to the next part of the episode.
The next part starts off with Father Gregor watching a video on a camera. On the video, Dexter Erotoph waves to his mother, Michelle, before he went to work. This camera was brought up by Michelle herself, who misses her son and went to Father Gregor for help. Then Skid and Pump see a church and, excited about what might be inside it, went towards it, but the entrance was blocked by Father Gregor himself, who forbid the boys from entering the church, because of their costumes. He then asks Skid and Pump where are their parents, to which Pump answers that his parents work a lot, and Skid answers that Lila, his mom, is not feeling good. When Father asks what happened to Skid's father, he go silent, making Father understand what happened. Then Father Gregor decides to be Skid's and Pump's moral guide and demands them to apologize to everyone they have done mischief to and he tells them that their parents will be proud of them, to which the boys answer with enthusiasm.
Meanwhile, Jack and John ask Patty if she've checked the body, to which they see her possesed, but they just think that she is just streesed because of work. It cuts to Skid, Pump and Father Gregor entering the toys store and they came across the Costume Happy Fella whom Skid and Pump ask for forgiveness, but the Costume HF demands them to leave. Then it cuts to the candy store, where Radford tells Kevin, that he can help him with work, to which Kevin explains him that "this job is bad" and he points out to Skid and Pump. Much to Radford's and (especially) Kevin's suprise the boys give money to them and they apologize to Kevin for never paying the candy to which Kevin answers calmly, that "it's OK" and that they don't need to pay anything. Radford even offers them free candy much to Kevin's dissaproval, but Father Gregor forbids them saying that "candy is a poison for their bodies" and he escapes the store with boys, leaving holy water to Radford and Kevin. Radford begins pouring holy water across the store and despite Kevin's objections, it seems to bring more costumers to the store and make Kevin happy.

- Sr Pelo confirmed that it was expected to release around in February. (With day not being specified)[1]
- This was later changed to March 31st, 2024 as revealed in the trailer, but it was then changed again to be pushed back one day earlier.
- Upon releasing the trailer, Sr Pelo accidentally wrote in the description that this would be the final episode of the series. Which lead fans to believe that the series was going to have a premature end, despite initially stating there will be 12 episodes in total.
- Sr Pelo fixed the error and let fans know that Spooky Month will still have 12 episodes.
- While Pump and Skid are going to the church they make references to stuff that apear in the series.
- Skid mentions a big cult, of course the Cult the big part of the story.
- Pump mentions a Omnipresent Eldritch Being, he also mentions this again with the Octopus plush "Pumps Parents" bought him, lost likely referring to Eyes.
- Skid mentions a ghost, this can alluded to alot of things, Dexter and the Doll, The Ghosts in Spooky Months first episode, or most likely Skids Father as the rest of the stuff relates to the cult.
- The last thing Pump mentions a corpse being hanged, there are no current events in spooky month related to a hanging, unless with all the other stuff related the cult, this is how Skids father died, the "Timor" of Skid’s father leaving the cult and them going after him would lead him to taking his life.
- This also may explain why Skid’s fathers photos are torn from neck up. Lila ripping them this way could have a deeper meaning.
- At the end of the episode where Gregor is given as a sacrifice to Eyes, the floor pattern is the same as from the book pages.
- In the credits, Zach Hadel's name is misspelled as "Hadle".
- During Spooky Month 4 - Deadly Smiles, Skid draws a picture of Moloch possessing Skid, Pump, and the Doll, showing the same design that Skid and Pump had whilst possessed by Moloch in this episode.
- When Skid sees Moloch turned into a stone, he says to Father Gregor "What you have done?" in YouTube version, but in Newgrounds version he says "What have you done?".
