Richard is the father of Roy. A wealthy man, he and his wife Carmen are shown to be rather controlling of their son, leading him to rebel by dressing cool and act like a hoodlum, forming a gang with Ross and Robert, as well as bullying other kids, like Skid and Pump.

Richard is an adult man with brown hair, square glasses, a cigar in his mouth (or rather floating outside his mouth), yellow suit shirt and a black tie.
Personality[]
Not a lot is known about Richard. Richard is a strict father towards Roy, given he always has a sour expression on his face and rather angrily admonishes his son over sneaking out every Halloween/Spooky Month to hang out with his friends Ross and Robert.
Trivia[]
- Richard's name may be derived from Rick, full first name Richard, who for a good amount of time before the release of Tender Treats was commonly headcanoned to be the father of Roy.
- It's unknown if he or Carmen are aware of the possible sexual abuse Roy's uncle was implied to enact on him. It's also unknown if they're aware of his death from The Eyes of the Universe, or that he was involved in the mysterious cult in his mansion. Either that, or they do know and don't care or they are secretly involved with the cult as well.
