Narciso G. Evermore, also known as Mayor Evermore, is the mayor of the town that appears in Spooky Month - Tender Treats. He is also shown in Hollow Sorrows, riding in a chauffeur driven by Rick, with García.
Biography[]
Spooky Month 5 - Tender Treats[]
Mayor Evermore is shown at the beginning, telling Jack and John to catch Bob or they will be replaced by two other police officers.
Spooky Month 6 - Hollow Sorrows[]
Mayor Evermore is shown a couple of times throughout the episode. First, he is shown at the beginning when Skid and Pump lick the window and he tells Rick to clean it. He shows up again later in the episode, speaking to Father Gregor about something that isn't shown before driving away. He is then shown conversing with The Hobomen about "destroying a building", offering them 2 beers. After, he watches his chauffeur get destroyed by Moloch.

Mayor Evermore is a man that appears to be in his late 40s to early 50s. He wears a white button up with a black tie, blue suit coat and blue pants and black shoes. He also wears a badge with his town flag.
Personality[]
Mayor Evermore is a very self-centered, charming, egotistical man. He is incredibly authoritarian and arrogant, eager to shoo people away and demanding Rick call him "Mister Mayor Evermore."
Trivia[]
- On a billboard in Tender Treats, you can see him referencing "better call Saul" from Breaking Bad.
- Ironically, his first name is close resemblance to the word "narcissist".
- His first name also comes from the greek legend, Narcissus, who fell in love with his own reflection and died staring into it.
- He possibly held a campaign about gun safety to win the vote[1]
- He had a billboard advertising gun safety with the caption of "Vote Evermore!!"
- Several posters seen in Hollow Sorrows seem to be from this as well.
